Trinity Dawson

Co-Founder, President & CEO

With 15 years of experience in the Energy Industry, most recently, Mr. Dawson served as Vice President of Gas Utilities for MRC Global, Inc. (MRC), one of the largest pipe, valve and fittings (PVF) distribution companies in the world. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Dawson and team managed the Gas Utility business from strategic accounts and territories throughout North America. Prior to this role Mr. Dawson served as Executive Director of Midstream Business Development. Mr. Dawson also served as the Global BD Lead for MRC Global’s eCommerce platform and has worked in several roles throughout his tenure, including, account management, sales, operations; as an executive account manager, he led the execution of MRC’s largest midstream strategic alliance prior to advancing within the organization. Mr. Dawson began his career as a participant in Red Man Pipe & Supply’s Professional Development Program (PDP), a program intended to teach and expose future leaders to every aspect of the business. Mr. Dawson earned his B.A. in finance from The University of Toledo in Toledo, OH. Mr. Dawson’s experience and relationships within the Gas Utility and Midstream industry segment uniquely positions him to execute the vision of building Energy’s One Supply Chain Solution™ for IUS customers.

Dustin Ketchum

Co-Founder & Executive Vice President

Mr. Ketchum is the sole owner & operator of Ketchum Resources (KR), an energy and real estate investment company based in Tulsa, OK. KR has established multi-entity holdings in the State of Oklahoma with investments in royalty interest, overriding royalty interest, working interest and real estate. Mr. Ketchum has held various positions with Red Man Pipe and Supply, along with MRC Global and Balon Corporation.

Mr. Ketchum’s experience in managing multi-entity holdings uniquely positions him to help lead the charge, as the structure and growth mechanism for IUS will be through collaboration with existing entities. Mr. Ketchum is also a critical part of establishing the IUS company culture with his creation of EVC Innovation™, a business philosophy that focuses on people, ideas and communication between employees, vendors and customers.
